Hike through the Archaeological Park

Celts, Alemanni, Staufers - they all shaped the history of the Glauberg. But people from the Stone and Bronze Ages also left their mysterious traces here. The hike through the beautiful landscape of the Archaeological Park leads to the once mighty Celtic fortification, to impressive ruins from the Middle Ages and lets you immerse yourself in the past of this unique site.

This offer is the ideal complement to the special exhibition “Paths through Time”.

Note: The approximately 2 km long path is unpaved and includes a steep ascent and descent. It is not wheelchair accessible. Sturdy shoes and a minimum level of fitness are therefore strongly recommended. Depending on the mobility of the group, the actual duration may differ from that stated.
