Hiking with the eyewitnesses of the discovery story(s)

The year is 1994. At the foot of a rather inconspicuous hill on the eastern edge of the Wetterau region, the richly endowed grave of a Celtic warrior is discovered. Since then, the town of Glauberg has been an integral part of the map of the most important sites from the Celtic period. Join witnesses to the archaeological excavation and renowned experts on Glauberg's past (Werner Erk and Walter Gasche) on their fascinating and informative hike through the Archaeological Park. Let yourself be captivated by their stories of traces from almost every era of human history.

Note: The approximately 2 km long path is unpaved and includes a steep ascent and descent. It is not wheelchair accessible. Sturdy shoes and a minimum level of fitness are therefore strongly recommended. Depending on the mobility of the group, the actual duration may differ from that stated.
