Guided tour of Konradsdorf Monastery – Architecture
„"Power and Faith – Solid Walls – Medieval Architecture in Konradsdorf Monastery"“
The two remaining buildings of Konradsdorf Monastery display a spectrum of architectural forms that 13th-century people associated with imperial and ecclesiastical power. Furthermore, remnants of construction techniques from that era have survived to this day. Both inside and out, we find various architectural and structural elements in the church and the provost's residence, and we place them within their historical and art historical context.
