Guided tour: Glauberg and Glauburg in the Middle Ages and modern times

The guided tour reveals medieval traces on the Glauberg plateau, including the cellars of a short-lived 13th-century town and the remains of a castle. These findings illustrate the ambitious settlement plans of various noble families, which were never fully realized. Current conservation work is making these historical structures visible and accessible once again.

Note: The trail is unpaved and includes a steep ascent and descent. It is not wheelchair accessible. Sturdy footwear and a minimum level of fitness are therefore strongly recommended. Depending on the group's mobility, the actual duration may vary from the stated time.
