How did creative minds decorate bone or wood with perfectly round circles over 2000 years ago? Try out how you can carve a magic eye into a bone or wooden amulet with a skillful "twist"!

The hands-on programme is an additional offer for our museum visitors and requires the purchase of admission tickets for the museum.

Venue: in the museum garden
Event time: from 10 am to 5 pm (last participation 4.30 pm) – it is recommended to book at least 40 minutes before the end of the event.
Time required: 30 minutes
Cost of materials: 3 €

– Parents are requested to support their children in the practical work and are responsible for supervision
– Children under 12 years of age may only participate if accompanied by at least one adult (suitable for children aged 5 and over)
– Waiting times may occur when there are large numbers of visitors
